 My Health & Safety Steps for Covid-19 Prevention

Dear Clients:

I am committed to creating the safest and healthiest office environment possible to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and wanted to share with you the steps I am taking to follow recommendations from the CDC and state/county guidelines:

  • I will contact you the day before your appointment to ask brief health screening questions


Special note: If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness I ask that you please contact me as soon as possible to convert to a telehealth appointment (phone or Zoom/video)


  • We will maintain a minimum of 6 feet of distance between us in the office


  • Facial coverings will be required for both of us during your appointment until further notice (please wear a facial covering when you arrive at the office)


  • Hand sanitizer and hand washing will be available (my office is equipped with a private bathroom)


  • Janitorial will perform office cleaning each night, and common areas/frequently touched surfaces will be routinely cleaned and sanitized throughout the day by me


  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between clients


Special note:  I recently moved to a new office location in Danville and am excited to continue our work together in this beautiful new healing space.  The entrance and exit to my office are two separate areas, ensuring additional privacy and distancing between clients.  You can view a video of my new office on my Contact page.
